Two distinct pathways
As a CMI Approved Centre, ESLM offers two complementary pathways designed to meet the needs of different learner profiles.
Pathway 1
CMI for ESLM MBA Students
Eligible ESLM MBA students may combine their ESLM academic MBA qualification with a second professional Level 7 Diploma from CMI in the United Kingdom, subject to eligibility and successful completion of mapped requirements.
Pathway 2
CMI for Professionals, Executives, Entrepreneurs, and Leaders
Professionals who are not enrolled in an academic MBA can access selected CMI Awards, Certificates, Diplomas, and leadership-development pathways from Level 3 to Level 7 through ESLM as a CMI Approved Centre.
Pathway 1
Academic MBA qualification plus second CMI professional diploma
At ESLM, the integration of CMI-accredited programmes complements the School's applied learning ethos and reinforces its commitment to producing industry-ready graduates.
Students graduating from ESLM's MBA pathways, including Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management, Design and Brand Management, Leadership, and Sustainable Management, may have the opportunity to obtain additional CMI recognition through mapped postgraduate and executive education modules.
Pathway 2
Professional certificates and leadership development
As a CMI Approved Centre, ESLM is authorised to deliver selected CMI qualifications and learning pathways in management and leadership. This enables ESLM to offer internationally recognised professional qualifications that support career progression, leadership development, and executive advancement.
This pathway is designed for professionals who are seeking recognised professional certification, applied leadership development, and progression toward Chartered Manager status.
Level 3
Supports early-career learners, supervisors, team leaders, and employees moving into management roles.
Level 5
Supports middle managers seeking promotion, stronger managerial credibility, and enhanced operational leadership capabilities.
Level 7
Supports senior managers, executives, directors, entrepreneurs, MBA graduates, DBA candidates, and professionals seeking advanced strategic leadership recognition.
